Coonatto Station is a family owned and operated 14,000 acre property located in the Flinders Ranges about 300 km north of Adelaide.

Coonatto Station has been in the Lock family since 1912. It is currently managed by John and his wife Erica and their 3 children.

It is a sheep and cattle grazing property. We offer accommodation in our shearers’ quarters. The shearers’quarters can accommodate up to 10 people, it consists of a dining / lounge room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with 2 showers and 1 toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk-bed, double bed down the bottom and a single bed on top.

We also offer camping at one of our 5 secluded campsites.

Our property is a great destination for camping, bush walking, picnics, 2WD tracks or just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet, the beautiful scenery and wildlife.
