Coonatto Station
Coonatto Station is a family owned and operated 12,000-acre property located in the Flinders Ranges about 300 km north of Adelaide. It has been in the Lock family since 1912.
Coonatto Station is currently managed by John and his wife Erica and their 3 children. It is a sheep and cattle grazing property and also the home of Van Gelder Friesians.
We offer accommodation in our shearers’ quarters. The shearers’ quarters can accommodate up to 10 people, it consists of a dining / lounge room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with 2 showers and 1 toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds each.
Our property is a great destination for camping, bush walking, picnics, 4WD tours or just relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet, the beautiful scenery and wildlife.
